Abstinence just means refraining from getting sexually involved with anyone, it doesn't matter if you've done it before.

when i meant four i meant oral, ****, vaginal or hand to gential, i didnt mean to say there were only 4 sex styles i just meant like those but wasnt making myself clear so sorry. but thanks for all the responses. thread closed, ive made my decision.
