    Default PROBLEM receiving habbo emails

    i have an acount that has a few thrones on and i forgot my password. so i go and send for a new 1 like normal. It says the email has been sent but i never receive it. i have also tried through help tool, and also the send me a list of my acount email. they all say that they have been sent. but i never get them! i have no email filters on and have checked all folders. THEŁY JUST NEVER ARRIVE! i thought maybe its cus i forgot to verify so i tried the verification link but nope dusnt work. it says theres a error on the page. I KNOW that i verified my acount but its not working! My acount is habtrix and my email is [email protected] and it l8inks fine!. i have tried contacting habbo through help tool but if habbo emails arnt being sent then i cannot receive the email that you need to send a direct email to them!. please help. i have also tried rining sulake but no answer

    1) keep phoning up - the offices arent open on saturdays or sundays

    2) post in the correct section next time

    Well it takes 24-48 Hours for A PS Staff to reply to e-mails, so wait for a couple days. If nothing, then make sure the account is still not banned because the name could be seen as
    unsuitable. If nothing, then use the CFH Tool (Blue Question mark) And ask a MODERATOR.

    I had this problem when trying to contact them...
    Hotmail/Msn blocks all/some emails from habbo ( they wont even show in your junk folder )

    Try contacting them from an email address which is not a Hotmail one, you'll probably need to verify that the account is yours so it would be useful to have some of the account details handy.
