Ye, best to be on the safe side. She may decide to bring your event forward or have it on the day after or something if it clashes.

Shes gong away on a annual trip sometime later she told me.

Seeing as most fansites that 'applied' are probably 'newby' sites they won't be able to support the amount of traffic comming to their site after the announcement and their bandwich will be all used up in secounds ^^
I think having a bunch of staff djing on a site at the same time will help with the site's popularity , maybe Habboxlive should be the 'host site' :eusa_whis
