Well I'm not going to say get rid of Damien like goldenmerc did, but I agree with him, if you want a proper skin you should buy one or let someone who has experience, because the current one isn't very good eye-friendly.

You should have a skin which is bright but looking good that people well feel welcomed in, not the other way around

I dont realy know why your site isnt that popular though but i would recommend uploading ALL your images to your sever,Do it sometime tonight then when all your members get up in the morning they will be like **** this is faster

Looking at your skins,You seriously arnt working well enough,As a skin designer you should be making skins weekly or even daily like i do for my site, You should have skins like Snex's but your skins are more like crap.
