I am sure there is a page on the runescape homepage where you can report emails like this. Theres no harm done to you really so I wouldn't worry about it.

It's fake, I could send an email from [email protected] if I wanted to.
It's not that hard to do.
Also, Jagex never email you, they message you ingame or in your player inbox."RETIRED" FROM HABBO(X)

There is a program which allows to spoof e-mails I believe thats what they call it and it says from ''[email protected]'' but its not them, if you want to report it send them the website

There are way's of sending emails from any email. When they do that they can't read your reply back to the mail so that's why they've given you a link
.
