Do you see Scottish league teams trying to promote English players? No? Do you see Scottish players in the Premiership? Yes? Amazing that. Without those players in the Premiership, you'd be sunk.

English teams import foreign players for ease, since English players with high quality are hard to come by, hence, a second-rate England team is worse than a Full strength Scottish 1. It's just natural logic.
