Ok well, i went to http://www.no-ip.com/ and got my own host thing, but im completely confused on how to actually put stuff on that site and everything else, would i have to buy anything or what? All good help will be +repp'd if i can

Download wamp, google it, it will let you host on your pc easily.

Hmm ok, ill download that and see if i can get anywhere

when i try downloading it, it just says
