I think it happens to rooms in the thousands too, its just rooms like trade city always have people in, and people will rate the room - and ratings go up on how long people spend in the room, how full it is and who presses the green thumbs up.

Maybe it's not resetting, people may just be rating thumbs down, which may cause the rating to go down....
