How to post in all caps.

Yeah, just saying how to say something in RS in all caps, or alternatively, first letter of firstword for sentece in lower case.

for uppercase, just turn Caps ON, and turn Numblock ON.

Then hold down either alt+255 or alt+0160 then let go, type the letter you want to. Then hold down again, let go, type the letter, repear.

for small caps (only need first letter first word) just do the same but have caps off

This can help to avoid peoples usernames who are censored or generally to avoid the censor:
