I am interested in taking a staff role within the forum, moderating the web design section (all part of web development) and to be like the 'admin' of Web Design at Dytho.

No one is gonna get an admin status by asking, if you really want to help when the forum launches you'll post helpful stuff etc, then you'll have to chance of becoming an admin.

You're not going to get such a job by asking. I'd pity any site administrator who gives out jobs that require high access to the site's backend (forum mods, admins) without a certain form of trust built first.
