help with bolts

well i seen this guy he using d bolts e and fire went around his op then he hit 37 hw do i do it i brought dragon e bolts :=/

Only if you're lucky the enchanted works. Then it has it's own thing (thunder etc) With diamond bolts I hit a 28 with the enchanted affect. It's completely random.
