De Havilland Canada DHC-8 Q400 Dash 8

Does anyone like these aircraft, They an absolute beauty to fly, If you ever want to become a pilot, Make sure you fly one of these.
Great things. They only do short haul flights, E.G. BHX To JER.

Flown on them myself, nice planes with alot of kick. However since SAS revealed them gear failures the public isn't kind to them.

There cool planes, I seen many of them. Never been on one though, I would rather fly jet engined planes as well =]

Yeah, I heard about that a couple of weeks ago.

I've been on one, but it was a while ago and I was pretty young, so I can't remember what it was like, really. (except very turbulent, but I can't blame that on the plane!)

I don't reall like props so I don't like this one so I'd say no, the flybe livery I like though and I like there new embraer 195.

I had fun on my Dash 8 flight, due to the Q400's large wingspang they take gusts very seriously, when we where landing we did a classic one wheel Dash 8 landing, great fun, nice and sideways! Like so:

Lol thats the good thing about Dash-8's. The engines are high above gl, so one wheel landings are okay.
