In answer to the person who questioned why this video would be labelled suitable by YouTube, is generally because they don't moderate every single video uploaded like their T&C claim they do (pointing out the obvious), Panorama did this big nationwide production about it, requesting explanations of why they allowed gang violence video's on it, too. Their response was a 'no comment' as far as I remember, but y'know.

I don't believe it is against the terms of use on YouTube to upload such a video :S Looking and the terms of use, it states:

"I. In your use of the website, you will otherwise comply with the terms and conditions of these Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, and all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations."

Is it against any laws/regulations that such videos shouldn't be shown?
