Habbox.com has a free layout, that seems to be pritty popular.

Also can I ask do you think the skin is rubbish as in you just don't like it, or are you one of them people who hate anything that you don't have to pay for?

Atlest have the forums on the index instead of in a folder called /Site/

The fact Habbox can have a free skin and still be popular as it was popular before this. Secondly, having a site which is all about the forum you would expect in the root directory or a subdomain. It looks more professional.

Should it not have become instally unpopular over night? If we're going with your theroy, thats free = rubbish, not to be used, unpopular.

Also if I remember correctly there layout before this one was that VERY orange, much like what habboxlive use now, you can't say thats a great layout.

The main reason we haven't got our own skin is because I can't find anyone who will code my design for a VB.

And yes I am trying to learn how to do it correctly myself, but I wanted to use a properly coded layout rather then mine to start with, as you would just pick out pages that didn't display properly and moan about them "SAY OMG WHY DID'T YOU HIRE A PROPER VB CODER!!!!!!!!! I HAVE NO INTENTION OF USING THE SITE BUT I'LL STILL SIT HERE AND MOAN ABOUT LITTLE THINGS."

Secondly, having a site which is all about the forum you would expect in the root directory or a subdomain. It looks more professional.

If it's all about the forum like you said why would they use a subdomain and not just the root in the first place if the root is doing nothing?

Anyway it make no diffrence what so ever, unless you would like to inlighten me to one...

Also for all you know the forum could just be the start I may be planning to add a proper site with many more features if the forum was to become popular.

So please do not moan about what you know nothing of.

I don't think its rubbish because it free, i just hate that skin, i've seen it about. Good luck with coding it but why not buy one? I'm not moaning, it's just that it's easier and quicker.

And as for the subdomain, it looks professional, it doesn't have to be done, it doesn't make a difference, it just make it look better. Nothing wrong with using free things, i admit i used to use co.nr and freewebs/invisionfree, infact i'm using some free stuff on my forums, thats not a problem.

And as for the banner, it might not make a difference to u and me, but to people who visit it, it might make a big difference, little things can become big things. The site isn't worse, it just aint what i'd register to, as theres nothing there to register for, i've seen many of these sites and they usually fail.

Also I don't believe that you are using a legit forum, because back in the day you used to advertise joyfreak using a nulled forum but you'd always get closed down.

Yeah, i admit i did have a legit forum back in those days and everyone knew that, however, i have eventually baught one. 2 days ago, my site suspended for two days until i gave them a prove of my lisence, and i did, so they unspusnded it.
