Nah don't do rock crabs theres always going to be a cannon there and a load of annoying pures.

If your not a pure go to Yaks, you'll find them half way through the Fremmenink isle quest.
They give same xp as rock crabs just buy a load of iron knives. Can get about 60k an hour.
