The Update In January...?

When the new update comes out, where you can't trade for over 3k out of the items value. Does that mean that items won't rise/drop in value at all?

Doing that trade is damn right out of order, i mean how are people ment to trade then. trading was the most done thing in runescape. they usedto wreck everythin but trade now they wrecked that too.

EDIT: for buying dragon, this is kl for me, id buy it through the grand exchange but seriously cmon jagex wth r u doing? they will remove it, the forums will be flooded and they will lose money.

If you actually think about it, theres still a +5% of market price or -5% of market price, with the additional 3k.
So for 100,000 gp. 5% = 5000. So theres 95,000 - 105,000, with an extra 3k either way (which is the new limitation).

It's not like wow lol. They have a price range like for a whip [making this up] 1.3m - 1.5m [1.3m being a low price 1.5m being a high price]
