I don't think a sub-forum will be needed and the forum mods DO NOT deserve to be the leaders because I think they only really mod the RS section
Leaders should be picked for each game, like a COD leader, Halo leader etc.
Like Jazza said the best person in a match becomes the leader

It's not their fault that the users who frequent the RS seem to like to break rules alot.

They don't use the console forum at all, it's not only modding the RS forum specifically it's that they don't even use the console games forum
