Well, I FINALLY have the time to work on iMuggle and I want some ideas from YOU guys.
I also need staff. (Hehe)

Okay, so I was thinking either a Harry Potter art gallery where you can register, post your own work, chat, comment on other's work. Like dA.

Or, I could make it a Harry Potter fansite with podcasts, games, competitions and such.

Any other ideas? Also if you are interested in a staff position, please post below.

Please, we don't want to know about your Harry Potter Hentai obsessions.
Harry Potter fansites, are probably a waste of bandwith and a waste of good money. Go look in the HPFC for a coder, not in a professional design forum.
