    On my screen its just a background colour i see nothing else, and when i look at page source it doesn't look coded properly ( the coding colours aren't there ) :S

    IE - No layout shows, just the Background.
    FF - Layout shows, nothing seems wrong.

    Fix the IE thing =P

    To make it show in IE change the " />" at the end of the BODY tag to ">".
