Jake, could have a "report error system", so it'd auto-fill account name,
select a type of error, and give a little description, and it logs it, so the administrator can view it when he/she's next on?

Say someone requested, a song which the current DJ didn't have,
they could d/l the song quickly and play it?

I think this is a thing lots of panel creators have wanted to add.
However it could be a pretty big security risk as someone anyone who has an account could (probably) DDoS attack you're site, thus crashing the lot.

On topic: Admin Message? It's good if you can't be bothered to find all your DJs and tell them stuff?
