I downloaded it, thanks for providing +rep but I prefer the free alternative jame's guide, available at www.wow-pro.com

Yeah Jame's guide is pretty good but some people may not like it because it is 30+ only.
I stopped using it because it kept telling me to grind.

I found that stopped at around 40 - and I was always ahead of the guide, like 1 level above what I should be as I took a flight path to the nearest inn and got rested overnight.
