My hosting service needs an FTP program to upload your own HTML content. Who knows of the good ones? They reccomend www.ipswitch.com but I'm not sure.

FileZilla is only free one i know about :S

I use AceFTP, which is free. You just need to type in some info to get a license code.

Go to my computer and type this:
ftp://usernameforftp:[email protected]
It will open the ftp location as if it were a folder on windows...I'm not crazy, ask my toaster.

which brings up like my documents they right click login as, Then enter your cpanel details
