    You need a team of well working staff, people who can listen to ideas,
    work well with the team.

    You have none of them.

    I'm sorry, but this is a fail tbh.
    No staff, only a naive person leading it.

    I never, ever, ever say fail seriously. I'd like to point that out
    I'd also like to point out I'm only creating the system, I don't need a team of staff to do that?

    If I want to actually set up the site, establish it well and get a good user base then yes of course I will compile a team together in my local area.
