You can pass through yellow signals, just slow down a little bit because it usually means you're coming to a red signal (where you must stop) or you're coming to a junction.
Double yellow = The next signal is likely to be a single caution aspect (single yellow)
Single Yellow = Next one is likely to be a red (and you must stop untill it turns green or yellow)
Edit; I uploaded these routes ages ago, i don't know if you can still download them or not.

http://www.habboxforum.com/showpost....54&postcount=4 - London South Coast
http://www.habboxforum.com/showthrea...ght=%5BMSTS%5D - Doncaster to Leeds and York
http://www.habboxforum.com/showthrea...ght=%5BMSTS%5D - Adam uploaded East Coast Express PT 2. York to Peterborough
http://www.habboxforum.com/showpost....6&postcount=17 - Part one and 2 of ECE. (London Kings cross to Peterborough and Peterborough to York)
The East Coast Express ones add on to each other, so if you install all three you can drive from London Kings cross to Leeds and on to York...
