To be fair to Elkaa, his post was entirely sensible. Members have to agree to the ToS when they sign up; if they disagree with it they shouldn't be ticking the box to say they do. Also on closing threads, the rule says they can edit them and closing is an editing process ^_^ However, this isn't the point of this thread - it's about banning for accusations and stuff.

Editing is not a closing process Tom. Editing and Closing are 2 completely different things . It would come under modification of the thread which isn't in the T&C's either.

I agree MAD is arrogant and the forum has gone downhill since he took over. why does he ask for our opinions if he hates negative feedback? he thinks people will always agree with him.

I think we need to change the rule so that it only says it's not allowed to accuse others of hacking or scamming. That is also why the rule was added in the first place, to stop arguments about this.
