    I am looking for somebody who is AMAZING at vBulletin to come and help me with a new forum.

    The person needs to:
    Know how to create skins.
    Know how to install plugins.
    Know how to 'control' the control panel.
    Be able to help finance the forum.

    Ok, what I need is someone to go halfs with me. Until I find that person I cant buy domain etc. (join agreement) I will pay for everything really.. I have some vb licenses, hosting, cash
