They're really just trying to protect you and they think what they're doing is right. imo, I think so too. Some kids don't even know how to be safe on the internet so the parents are there to make sure it is. And also, the internet is full of all this dirtiness and some parents don't want kids seeing that so, they try and make sure they don't. It's all about protection.
