I dunno, im forgetting about chicken and them iron stuff now, i never seem to eat them, and i think its effecting me? I so like chicken but i really never have it? Help

It should be easy to get some iron in your meals just find food that you like that contains iron (e.g.beef, wholemeal bread, Spinach, Salmon) - Check this site here (scroll down) for suggestions on meals that are rich in iron. Also you could maybe take suppliments, like vitamins. Not just them on their own but they can help make sure you are getting the right amount of iron.
