I really think it should be raised back to ten. I find it so fustrating browsing around the threads in this forum, finding a really excellent post made (for different reasons) and not being able to give rep for it.
Looking at the amount of users on this forum and the amount of posts made, to only be able to give 5 rep points a day is not feasible in my view.

I have my rep set off but 5 people a day is pretty low. should be raised back, if not i'd rather it 7 or 8 at least
