So please before you lay into him next time, speak to him first.
Thing is if something doesn't go his way that's when he lose the rag.

A couple of months ago when Kurby was being developed for the first time. One of the staff got contacted by Darren as he wanted a job on the site. We told him that we weren't allowed to hire people under the age of 16 due to UK laws. He quickly turned nasty trying to say we were discreminating against his age and that he was going to take us to court. If someone says things like that to try and threaten me into giving them a PAID job then I'm obviously not going to change my opinion about them.

Also he said he'd sue us for Age Discrimination when that law only covers people of the age 40 and over So we automatically knew he was lieing.

Darren it's because of your immaturity that got you to the position you are in, where majority of people are disgraced at the thought of you on this forum. Problem with you is you give people cheek then when you do work that isn't anything special, possibly even tippy toeing into the bad you complain when people bad word it. You need to grow up and mature before others will do the same around you.

I'm pretty sure when you're not in the picture most of the people are mature and take this quite realistically, however when you stick your big head in you muck it all up and kick people off. Like myself. When you tried to also threaten me when I was going to sell a layout I made for your old MMOCC as I left the company after reading all the truths about it. I even let you use the logo I made yet you still complained.

From the previous thread it's clear to see you haven't changed, still using other people's work for you own gain.

Darren, grow up then try to tell others.

I am mature thank you. Throughout your above post, your relating BACk to the PAST. The past is int he past and can not be changed, there is nothing I, you or anyone can do about that, however we have to learn to move on into the future.

I am not sure what you are on about 'using other peoples work for your own gain'.

Fuzion Magazine and my design work. Don't say "All I used was your images" if you look at it it's basically a shrunk down version of the original with grey text. Yet no where on your portfolio does it say "This was made by Greg Cooper". No as you don't want people knowing that the best bit of design work on your portfolio was done by someone else.

Then onto the big one Fuzion Magazine or whatever it's called. YOU DIDN'T DESIGN IT! A team of people did so you have no right to feature it on your portfolio. You don't see the guy who was part of the team who made the BBC site having it displayed on his portfolio as it's not his own work. It's the BBC Web Development team's work.

Ok, just to clear it up I was the main designer on the team. The other name featured within the magazine credits (James) only did the little speaker design. I did every page layout, the headers and footers, imputting text etc etc.

I assume by 'my work' you are talking about MMOStartup. At the time I was working for MMOStartup and therefore has permission to use the graphics to create a splash page while the main website was being developed. I have not stolen your design, I used the design as I had permission to. If your that worried I will remove it, even though I don't have to.

Technically you do, due to the fact it's not YOUR design. I'm not on about stealing graphics, I'm putting across the fact you are using graphics and saying you made them trying to get customers. All you've done is add grey text, which didn't even get used on the site.

    So remove the image.
