I have now removed it from the portfolio, even though I did not have to as the logo belonged to the business not him personally, however removed.

So what if it belonged to the Business? Not as if im gonna go to Tesco.com and take their logo and sell it on a design am I? Which is what you have basically said.

I made that design for the business MMOStartup, therefore I had the right to use that logo.

    o. I thought it was another company who made it and you just took off. However, you should still get permission from the original creater of the logo.

I should not have to, because once a design is made (Awfy's logo for MMOStartup) the business then owns all rights to that design, and the creator has no ownership over it.
