To be totally honest, I won't.
I have no idea what it is and the idea really doesn't make sence.
If someone's made a script themselves, then they're going to know how to make a licencing system for it, aren't they?

well some people do not want to put the time in to making one (look at cast-control they used phpaudit and not there own) so i will still be making it
