    Default Paypal Dispute

    Hi,

    I got a script off someone and he has given my the script... When i came to install it it was in Russan... After working it out its now erroring on install stage 3. He is not replying to messages... I have now installed a different version of the script witch I had and its asking for the licnece I asked him to enter it in but he said no its built into the Russan script...

    Can I start a Paypal Dispute over this?
