I'd say Warlock if you're a new player as a few levels in you'll get a voidie which you can use to tank mobs while you pewpew it down. It's the same for a Hunter really but replace voidie with cat/spider/boar..etcetc.

Hunters need a little more skill. ;P
I would go with lock, as for hunters your have to keep buying arrows and if your new then that can get annoying/costy. ;P

If you want something easy be a Warrior if you're just starting off. Very simple to control and if you're new you won't be wanting to do PvP for a while. The only thing they can pwn are Rogues btw..

Don't be a warrior, many people i know have regretted it.

Mage ftw, but thats just me.

Out of Rogue/Warlock, i'd just warlock.

Dispite what you've said, I'd go priest. Obviously I'm bias, as I've been a priest for the past 2 years (so I've seen the ups and downs) but the class as it is at the moment is completely overpowered.

Shadow spec = Easy mode leveling - Buy spirit gear, and you'll never need water/food, ever.

Disc spec = Easy mode PvP - With some decent gear you can easily solo any class, and againest certain classes, 2-1. Reflective shield, pain supression, power infusion, renew and spite them to hell.

Holy spec = Easy mode healing - You don't even need decent gear to heal as a priest. It's the best class for healing no matter what any troll says. Using your HoT's, Prayer of Mending, Flash heal, Greater heal, Dispell, 30% constant regen and the spirit regen you get.

As for leveling, the priest is easy once you get to level 15. 5/5 spirit tap and you're away.
