Well, he'd been on my messenger for a bit, and at first he was ok, but then, its like he just turned, i also found out that we was hosting or attempting to host some fosr of scripting/hacking site

Well, I found two pages in the file manager which both said notlegal.ws and only me and u knew the cpanel pass, the only thing i ever edited was the email addresses and the mysql DB
