Here's the proof for Ness, Jiggly, and Lucario.
This is from a thread I made at another forum.

... or atleast, you think you have. Sakurai has updated the video with a stickers/trophy section with icons at the bottom. Take a look:

This picture displays Jigglypuff and Lucario - two Pokemon.

The picture displays Ness at the bottom.
Notice anything? The icons list three new characters that we didn't know were in the game.
If you don't know - you can place stickers on the bottom of trophies for the Adventure mode in Brawl, to help your skill levels. However, each sticker can only be used for certain characters, and it is displayed at the bottom with icons of the playable characters.

A picture from the Dogo, displaying these icons with already confirmed characters.
    So who are these characters?
    NESS

You know him - you may love him... IT'S NESS! Ness makes his return from the first Smash, as well as Melee. Many people were skeptical as to whether Ness would be making his return with the addition of Lucas in the game. Well, Sakurai would never let you down would he?
    JIGGLYPUFF

Jigglypuff - the cutest and deadliest Pokemon of all. Jigglypuff was present in Melee as well as Smash. Her smooth singing could put anyone to sleep in just enough time for pokemon to punch you in the face.

    LUCARIO

Lucario makes his debut to the Smash series in Brawl! To tell you the truth - I don't konw much about this Pokemon, but boy does he look cool!

We know, we're taking a mis-spelling and using it in examples

I was quite clear of that, but it doesn't take a keen mind to notice what I meant

I never said Mario is like Luigi, I just suggested they're nearly the same moves wise, much like Ness and Lucas are similar but with a few moves different.

Mario - Luigi - Dr. Mario.
    Link - Young Link.
    Captain Falcon - Gannondorf.
    Fox - Flaco.
    Pikachu - Pichu.

There was a lot of clones in Melee. While all being slightly different, I think Mario and Luigi are different the most. Luigi is the only clone that has a different move than the original, his left + b/right + b move.

Wherever Mario has been, Luigi has followed. If he isnt in this game then my life is over.

One thing I'd like to see in a Smash Bros game is character bio's that explain their moves and things. It told you the default characters moves in the instruction booklet in Melee, but when you unlocked new ones there was no to find out what their moves were called and what they did.

Well, what do we have here...?
    Yes, that’s Super Mario Bros.
Several memorable characters compete for brawl supremacy – that’s Super Smash Bros. Brawl in a nutshell.
But what about the past fights for each of those characters? What were they like?
It may sound impossible, but you can experience those battles in Brawl as well!
That’s right, for the first time ever, you can play trial versions of these games by the miracle of Virtual Console!
That’s what Masterpieces is! Here you can relive the greatest battles of the biggest star characters through demo versions of their games.
Here are some of the titles you can expect to see available in Brawl. Crazy, isn’t it?!
    Ice Climber
    (1986, NES)
    Super Mario Bros.
    (1987, NES)
    The Legend of Zelda
    (1987, NES)
    Kid Icarus
    (1987, NES)
    Kirby’s Adventure
    (1993, NES)
    Super Metroid
    (1994,Super NES)
    Lylat Wars
(1997, Nintendo 64) Whoaaa. Makes my head spin just seeing all those. You won’t need to be connected to Nintendo WFC to play these games.
Just remember, there are some NES classics in there as demos, so expect some of the time limits on those games to be so short that all you can do is laugh at how hard they are.
    I’m almost...at the top!
Ahaha! Oh man, out of time already?!
That’s what a good demo is all about. It gives you just enough to let you appreciate the game. Plus it’s a lot of fun to see just how far you can go before the little time that you have runs out.
If you take a liking to one of the trial versions, you can always buy the full game through the Shop Channel! You might even find a couple of titles that divert your attention from Brawl for a while.
Some titles come with save data.
But hmm, it seems there are still titles hiding in the Masterpieces section.
Titles?! What games don’t I know about?! That discovery is part of the fun, isn’t it?
Masterpieces are called masterpieces for a good reason, and each of the well-loved characters here come from a past that is worthy of that title.
To end, I’d like to take this opportunity to send my thanks to all the

I think it looks more like pokemon trainer than ness and it would make sense because all 3 of them characters would be from pokemon like the kirby one

That stickers proof of Ness, Lucario and JigglyPuff isn't exactly proof. They could just be stickers, it doesn't really suggest they're in the game. But there is more chance that they are than they aren't if theya re in stickers, but loads of other characters have appeared as trophies and stickers and never appeared.
