They'll stack up, I don't see why they wouldn't.

If your worried just wait for them to expire and then put a new code on?

You could put 2 in then check when your xbox live expires on xbox.com
I'm fairly certain they do stack though, when I had my free first month I had a 1 month code that came with PGR3 and I put that in and it lasted the whole 2 months so I don't see why 12 1 month codes wouldn't do the same
