Brush up on my photoshop skills.

I've got Photoshop CS3, but I'm only a basic user, and I could use some tutorials and tips. I've done a google search but I can't really find what I'm looking for. I'd love to become a 'photoshop guru', I've been using it for about 2 years and still only know the pretty basic stuff.

Any help would be great. Any useful links will get rep.

http://2advanced.com they are the best flash artists ever. And probably the best in photoshop aswell.
