Microsoft are so crap with customer relations, but your xbox will be back within 1 - 2 weeks because theyve shortend the return time![]()
getting them to understand - almost impossible.
gettign to speak to someone in under 5 minutes - impossible.
getting something fixed - close to impossible
getting the right thing fixed - 1/5 chance
other then that. its ok. apart from the people who can only just speak english.

I actually think they're really good...
I think the amount they have to deal with is why its hard for them to manage but overall they are not too bad. I haven't had any problems with them other than the fact email support usually ends up with "call xbox customer service".

Ha. The ironic thing about that is when you phone them it tells you to email them.
They said 2-3 weeks for mine :s
