    if you want to mak e atemplate, you can use anything.
    but i would advise photoshop, you get good results from it

    for coding its dreamweaver, frontpage

    I use MS paint, propaint, dreamweaver, notepad (if im lagging) and flash for a banner. or maybe swish when i cba.
    How could this hapen to meeeeeeeeeeeeeee?lol.

    Notepad = Universal Code editor
    Frontpage = good html editing
    Microsoft ASP Devolper = Good for PHP,asp,and other random langues like javascript ajax o a tip for you on microsft asp get the for dummies book and get the software free

    Notepad++ For everything now. IDE's dont really offer anything other than useless bloat once you move in to more dynamicly built webpages "/

    Also: "Frontpage = good html editing" LOL!
