You know Mat64 was a very good Smod and perhaps he was a bit inactive lately but much as I like you Elkaa you were inactive for more than a few weeks, came straight back as Smod and rose rapidly to Assistant Forum Manager so where is the reasoning for letting Mat go? Fair is fair.

Also I thought nothing people said on MSN could be used because if that was the case I would have had a very big complaint against a member of the management team but it was said because it was said on MSN nothing could be done. Also if someone is unhappy and thinking about resigning surely asking them what the problem is should be the first port of call? Maybe he was asked and if that is the case I apologise.

Whilst you make some fair points, without knowing everything you can't pass judgement on what happened, especially when you don't know the reasoning behind my several weeks away.

Mat64 was, as I said, a good super moderator and the decision to remove him was not taken lightly. I've been a friend to him as I've known him since he became a Moderator, and helped him out where and as I can. He was also contacted about the issues after the first time, and then was contacted by me today to discuss it again.

As for the MSN conversations, they're not used and you're correct there.

Although I was asked and Kevin did give me answers to why some of the things that are happening are concerning me, I was pretty much ready to get back to work but I guess Jimi decided that this might become a routine that he cannot allow but then again I'm sure I remember Kevin telling me he threatened to resign something like 4 times when he was a super moderator .

Rules are changed to suit someones needs. Always have done, always will. It's only a select few that don't. You should know this by now
