You don't know where the members area is so that means its nulled, you're going to get contacted by vbulletin and sometimes can get fined (apparently) so its up to you to remove it.

Let me make this clear please. It's not nulled as it's my friends licence. And yes the link it too long because it's the hosting company. The forum used to be habbo but changed to TeenNation.

If you should be asking anyone that question, It'd be me.
Seeing asin i don't have paypal & i'm too young for it.. Thats why, if i was old enough & had paypal i'd pay for it myself. Ok?

But I'm not going to get paypal as it is a scam as my parents were hacked & cleared out from it. The hackers were traced & summoned to court. & Later fined.
