Well yeh of course I care about it, after all it's my position is question . However unlike some people have in the past I'm not choosing to go off on one about management and such as the decision is atleast valid. I have no problem with people discussing it, It's making quite an interesting read

Well lots of people do it and I understand Elkaa has threatened to resign many times as well so put a staff rule in saying that if people say they are going to resign then all resignations will be accepted without question and they will not be employed in that position again but don't single out somebody and fire them when lots of others have done the same thing without any penalty whatsoever. Doesn't seem fair. Hope you can see that? I am not criticising the people involved just the decision taken. Because Mat is not raving on about how unfair it is doesn't mean it's not

Yeah - I think it's unfair is Elkaa is allowed to say *REMOVED* however when a different member of staff in the department (Mat) says it it's acted upon.

It seems a lot of things have become apparent on this forum since Agesilaus or whatever his name is came on the scene, first it was the fetish with the word idiot and now he's winding staff up and resulting in them wanting to leave? Lovely.

Sorry to see mat go, you were one of the best SMOD's on here. I agree with Catzy and would appeal it to Sierk.

I also think the post from Jimi correcting the spelling was very immature, especially coming from a member of Management.
