Im crap at gliding, the tow rope always breaks so I never got into it

I did a 2 hour flight from Heathrow to Paris and flew for a maximum of 10 minutes (the landing and take off) you literally take off slap the autopilot one then change the headings every so often.

I'll find a link to a macro you can use, it basically simulates a winch launch. It's what I use.

Do you know if the macro works in FSX?

edit; It's only basic gauges so Try it and it should work.

Does it work? It's a great macro, bit unrealistic but allows you to glide none the less.
