I got bored so i had a play around and made this.

Um, its pretty basic tbh..

Just a rounded rectangle with border and opacity added?

Looks quite effective tbh. Maybe include a login button?
Dunno what you could use for (if anything)

Two big problems:

1) Almost IMPOSSIBLE to code because everyone has different screen resolutions.
2) Its just a wallpaper with a rectangle with a white background with the opacity lowered.
