If you haven't done it already I'd tell your close friends first, it gets easier every time you tell someone
You won't really have to tell your parents unless you start going out with a guy lol. I had the same problem and used to stay out veryyy late at night with guys and my parents started to get worried so I told them I was gay and said I should've just let them stay over or whatever. You don't really have to tell your parents ever, and if you do they won't love you any less for it :p
