    Im overweight, but I don't look it or feel it.

    5"10 and 12 and a half stone (Well I'm that but by the time I leave the gym I'm about 13)

    Im the heaviest in this thread? Oh dear. I swear I don't look it. Honest! I guess I'm just as someone put it "stocky."

    I'd love to know a gym routine that could put on half a stone in muscle mass per visit :eusa_whis.

    I'm 6'3 12.4 stone .

    You might interpret your weight as being "overweight" when in actual fact you are well proportioned. Muscle tissue weighs more than fat, so scales are a complete waste of time if you have a lot of muscle mass.

    Best judge of weight is by how comfortable you feel with yourself, and sometimes how people close to you see you. I know thats a bit shallow, but its true
