Well atm im ready to make the website but i have no knowledge apart from designin layouts and graphics. Atm im currently looking for a webdesigner and is willing to become joint owner with me. so like your reward would be basically becoming joint owner. I will help in stuff.
Ive got layout ready so all i need is like someone to upload the layout and create the pages and illl do content.. thanks for looking

Why don't you just create a topic -here- and ask if someone could code your design.
That's what it's there for.
