I'm 16 turning 17 in May, and my girlfriend just turned 18 a few days ago, I see nothing wrong with this, when you get older nobody else will either.

Heh, most people congratulate the other lads at school if their girlfriend is a year or two older, so I don't think it should be anything to worry about.

If people do say anything, just ignore them.

I have a similar situation. I am 6 ft 4" tall and my girlfriend is 5 ft nothing - the looks we get are amazing; but we laugh it off and this whole island is shocked to see that we're still together after 1 year and 3 months. Feelings shouldn't be affected between a couple by others. If you will be happy with this girl, who cares? ! Hope this helped!
