Hey there, Silly as it sounds, You are Already a Habbox member, as you have joined the forum! If you want to become VIP member (as im not sure what you specificly mean) Then Click HERE. The more you post on the forum, the more you get well known, and your status will change rom Newbie to different stages such as Junior Member, greater member, and Habbox Elite, depending on how much you post. if you become VIP it will change to VIP member.
